For wedding and Greeting cards
We strive to add you to our list of satisfied customers.
However if for some reason you do seek an exchange or a refund the following policy is in effect:
- Printed cards cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 4 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped
- We try and show different angles or the products on our website through professionally shot photographs. The final product however can differ from the picture are your screen parameters such as colour, resolution, brightness, contrast and many others are beyond our control. We do not entertain returns or request for refunds if you do not "like" the product shipped to you and/or product, paper, colour variation from the online pictures.
- Handmade paper tends to vary both in gsm (grams per square meter) and colour. A variation of ±10% is an acceptable norm worldwide. There might be minor variations in paper of other grades too. Products cannot be returned in case of such variations.
- If you receive goods in damaged condition, you are required to register a valid complaint with the Courier Company or carrier for consideration of a replacement. The complaint reference number given to you should be immediately sent to us as well via email for us to follow up at our end with the carrier. In case you do not raise a complaint before receipt of goods and have signed on the receipt, we cannot entertain replacement on ground of goods received in damaged condition.
- Sizes of cards tend to vary a little from what is mentioned on our website. In order to give you the best quality card, we reserve the right to alter the size of the card slightly. Any rejections on this account are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- If your selected card is not available your money will be refunded within 7 working days of your placing the order.
- If you think you have a valid reason for exchange or refund, please use our contact us page and write to us. We will try and either resolves the problem or process a refund.
- In all cases where the product has been shipped and in case a refund has been agreed to, two way shipping charges will be deducted before making the refund.
For other products
When you buy any product from, we make sure that best quality product will be delivered to you within time.
If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, simply contact us with your purchase details
within 24 hr of delivery of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering)
and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to
constantly improve our products and quality of service.
Refund will approved/rejected after verification of details provided by you. The details will be validated against our guarantee and service/product provided by us.
The further steps will be taken to process the refund if the refund claim is valid.
Refunds are being processed within 30 days period from the refund claim. The final refunds will be made after deducting the Service and Shipping charges.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided
at the time of purchase and in case of net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.
If you think you have ordered a wrong item, if you request us within 12 hrs of the time of purchase.
We will not ship the item and we will refund 100% money back.
After 12hrs of purchase if you fail to send a cancel email, we will not continue the return policy,
since the product might have been shipped by the time. When you cancel the order, make sure you submit a
proper reason, without a proper reason cancelation, will not be accepted.
We make every chocolate after we get the order; cancelling any order will affect us.
We expect your cooperation in this regard. The refunded money will be credited to your bank/credit card
account in maximum 5 working days
